I have lived in Gilmorton since July 2020 with my wife Sarah and twin daughters Mia & Ava, who started attending Gilmorton Chandler Primary school in 2022.

I am leading the work of the Council on building a better communications strategy, including upgrading our website and creating engaging social media assets.

In my professional life I am an entrepreneur, with my main role being that of Managing Director of Rockstar Marketing Group Ltd, an events and marketing company I started in 2007. I am also a Director of a buy to let property company, Rockstar Property Group.

In a voluntary capacity, I am Chair of University of Leicester Alumni Association & University Council Member/University Governor (and sit on the Audit Committee and the Nominations Committee of the University as part of that role). I am also a member of the Advance HE Governance Strategic Advisory Group.

I also enjoy supporting a number of local, national and international charities.In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, watching football (I am originally from a village close to Sheffield so am a Sheffield United fan), playing sport and also travelling.

Elected unopposed to the council in March 2022.
