Traffic measures update
Posted: Thu, 17 Aug 2023 14:57 by Yvette Walters
The speed of traffic coming through the village has been an issue that the Parish Council has consistently raised (due to residents raising concerns to us) with both the Police and Leicestershire County Council, so we are pleased to see the information in the article attached outlining two sites in the village that will be added to speed camera patrols. This, combined with the data that we are gathering from the MVAS units (mobile vehicle activated sign) that we recently put up in the village (more to come on this soon), will hopefully be helpful moving forwards as we continue to raise and discuss the concerns of residents with the relevant authorities.
